The Niceville, Florida Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is requesting proposals (RFP) from qualified firms to provide professional engineering and landscape architecture services for the design and construction of the Old Town Landing and Commercial Village as provided in the 2021 Old Town Landing Concept Plan. The project will include the engineering of underground and above ground infrastructure including: water, sewer, roadways, walkways, festival support facilities, lighting, stormwater, and alterations of building sites. The landscaping services will include: the maintenance of existing trees, new plantings and irrigation support. The goal is to provide a park like village for new retail, food services, and personal services businesses. Proposals should include: A. 1. An understanding of the Old Town Landing project scope for the redevelopment of the City s historic commercial center, a festival site, and its public landing. 2. Approach to provide engineering and landscape planning services to develop and implement the project. 3. An overview of similar type projects completed by the firm or team within the last ten years. 4. An organizational chart with project manager and key professionals by title, office locations, and resumes. 5.
