Site work and renovation of a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Project: Wastewater Treatment Plan Rehabilitation including, but not limited to, cleaning, blasting and coating of on-site plant list station wet well, piping, valves, all appurtenances and bypass pumping; Clean and inspect interior and exterior of Treatment Unit and Digester basins and repair cracks and spalls as needed; Remove and replace misc. valves and air diffusers and MCC fans; Removal and replacement of 1,000 gal double wall NaOCl tank, rehabilitation of chemical building coatings, and Rehabilitation of offsite Lift stations No. 1-3, including but not limited to cleaning, abrasive blasting and recoating wet wells, piping and valves and bypass pumping. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The deadline to ask questions is 11/22/2022 10:00 AM CST
