Including but not limited to: Demolition and disposal of existing elevated degassifier, including steel platform and concrete foundation. Proposed Water Equipment and Treatment Services (WETS) Degassifier Package including foundation with pumps, piping, pipe supports, fittings, valves, and electrical control panel. Yard Piping including bends, valves, pipe supports, coating, connections to existing water line, and all appurtenances. Electrical System Upgrades, including but not limited to providing and installing modifications to the motor control center, duct banks, pull boxes, all necessary electrical components, and all required appurtenances. Sodium Hypochlorite chemical line relocation and connection to yard piping. Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and site work, including swale, hydromulch seeding and site restoration. All work shall be in accordance with plans and specifications and Complete-in-Place. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. There is no pre-bid conference associated with this project. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the construction cost must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond, and a maintenance bond as provided for in the bid documents, for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
