This project will reconstruct Gradewood Road from Cedarhurst to Garrison, Cedarhurst Road from Wyndale to Gracewood, Devon Hill Road from W Lincolnshire to Edinborough, Edinborough Drive from Devon Hill to Linolnshire Woods, Willis Boulevard from Violet to North End, San Mateo Drive from Lewis to San Juan, and Orville Drive from Telegraph to N Detroit. Additionally, this project will reclaim Spicer from Northgate to Waybridge, Boxhall from Bennett to Spicer, Mayfair from Bennett to Spicer, and Branbury from Bennett to Spicer. This project will also install a new water main on Willis Boulevard. The City of Toledo has pre-ordered typical 638 items to ensure availability for projects that include water main replacements. These items are listed in the General Summary as Item Special - Installation for pipe, valves, and hydrants. Refer to Water General Notes, Sheet F4, for more information. Delivery of these materials is expected by the end of March 2023. Bids for this project can only be accepted electronically. All lines shall be quoted.
