Project Description: Naval Base San Diego proposes the demolition of NEX 32nd Street Gas Station structures, complete with Building 3272 and three underground storage tanks (UST). The project Scope of Work (SOW) will include demolition of Bldg. 3272, along with all associated structures including vending machine, gas pumps, and devices. Demolition of NEX 32nd Street gas station also includes the removal of three 20,000-gallon double-walled fiberglass USTs, with all associated parts. Environmental Conditions: The proposed project includes but not limited to electrical demo of conduits, wiring, lighting, pumps, as well as digging and tank excavation as required. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
