Demolition of 5 existing buildings (completed by WCSD) GMP-1: Sitework GMP-2: Remodel 3 existing buildings and construct 1 new building Q&D Construction has been selected as the public Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the WCSD Debbie Smith CTE Project (existing Hug High School campus).
