Demolition and site work for a residential development in Port Huron, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The work consists of furnishing all labor, material and equipment required for the demolition, removal and sending all material to a landfill, including lawn restoration and all associated work required in removing the following structure (s): 3111 John L. Portis Drive. A certified check payable to the City of Port Huron, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. All bids must be submitted on proposal forms provided by the City of Port Huron for that purpose. For questions regarding this project, please contact Angela McKinstry at (810) 984-9730.
