No definite date for the rebid.** General Description of Work: The work, in general, consists of public recreational facility improvement, including: constructing pedestrian concrete paths, bocce ball courts, a playground, and seating areas; and related items of work as shown on the plans, as specified in the Standard Specifications and these special provisions, and as directed by the Engineer. Each Bidder must submit with its bid security in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate amount of the base bid in one of the following forms: cashiers check made payable to the City, a certified check made payable to the City, or a bidders bond executed by a corporate surety authorized to engage in such business in the State, made payable to the City. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a payment bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, as well as a faithful performance bond, in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price.
