Range - $250001-500000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Performance Period: 270 Continuous Calendar Days. Liquidated Damages: Five Hundred ($500) Dollars per Continuous Calendar Day. In connection with its Bid, the Contractor provided an appropriate bid bond/certified check, in the amount of five (5%) percent of its Bid Amount. B. Contractor has obtained and agrees to maintain in effect for the Performance Period a Construction Performance Bond on the form attached. C. Contractor has obtained and agrees to maintain in effect for the Performance Period a Labor & Materials Payment Bond on the form attached. The SCA shall reject any bid by a Bidder that is not prequalified by the SCA at the time of bid opening. Additionally, the Contractor agrees to pay for the cost of any investigation conducted by or on behalf of the SCA which discovers a failure to pay prevailing wages by the Contractor or its subcontractor(s). The Contractor also agrees, that should it fail or refuse to pay for any such investigation, the SCA is hereby authorized to deduct from the Contractor's account an amount equal to the cost of such investigation.
