The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to provide demolition and refurbishment of existing target range. Current target range has reached end of its useful life and in an inoperable condition. Contractor shall provide 24/7 support and remote access for the resolution of any warranty issues. Warranty shall be for three (3) years with full parts and labor. All items removed are to be neatly stacked on pallets for disposal by County. Contractor will not be responsible for disposal of old target range components, concrete pads, conduits or electrical service (120V/240V power). County will provide.
