The Department of Parks & Parkways is in need of a qualified service provider to cut the five-acre, fenced lot used for burial of the indigent at New Orleans Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery, located at 10400 Old Gentilly Road New Orleans, LA 70127. If you have any questions, please contact the Buyer-of-Record. The five acres are within the bounds of a chain link fence. No work should be completed outside of the fenced-in area. The grass should be cut to a height of two inches. All obvious weeds, vines, and brush should be removed. No trees should be removed. The work should be peformed Monday-Friday, 7 AM-4PM. In advance of, during, and/or upon completion of the work, no equipment or materials should be left on site unattended to Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The City of New Orleans reserves the right: (1) to award items separately, grouped, or on an all-or-none basis, or to the next lowest bidder as deemed in its best interest; (2) to reject any or all bids and/or items; and (3) to waive any informalities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
