This Project includes site improvements for the Peirce Middle School Plaza. This project is scheduled to commence this coming summer and be completed at the end of August 2023. These Projects include renovation of the new entry plaza located at the front of the school. Each Bid Proposal must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education or the Superintendent of the Grosse Pointe Public School System.
