Renovation of a detention facility in Winchester, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center (NRADC) needs replacement of our current 4100U Fire Alarm Panel due to panel failure. Selected winning bid along with drawings must first be approved by the Frederick County Fire Marshall Office and County inspectors, as well as follow all state and local codes. Awarded bidder will be expected to remove all existing components of the current Simplex 4100U panel and any end devices that may need upgraded. All devices must be properly addressed with electronic drawings provided. At the end of project, the winning bidder shall demonstrate that the upgraded system and all its end devices are working properly and shall include documentations stating such.
