The target budget for the expansion and renovation is approximately $17,000,000. The Board of Directors has delegated to the Chief Executive Officer, authority to select the construction and procurement methodology, to determine evaluation/ranking criteria, to rank respondents, and to select the respondent that will provide best value to UME Preparatory Academy and to then negotiate a contract with the selected respondent. UME Preparatory Academy is requesting proposals from firms to provide construction services as a Construction Manager-At-Risk for the addition of additional space and improvements to the current campus in Dallas, Texas. Total Hard Cost Budget: $17,000,000
