Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Auburn, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and theater / auditorium.
The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Upgrade the primary electrical system feeding Peet Theatre and Goodwin Hall. Work will include the replacement of the existing switch, as well as, refeeding the (2) transformers that feed Peet Theatre. Afterwards, contractor shall repave the parking lot adjacent to Peet Theatre. In accordance with Code of Alabama, 39-2-2(a), prequalification is required for this project. The prequalification application is available on the Auburn University Public Works Bid Calendar located. For all questions or inquiries about this project, please contact: Travis Davis certified check or bid bond payable to Auburn University in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and Statutory Labor and Material Payment Bonds will be required at the signing of the Contract.
