GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Design and install playground equipment for 5-12-year-old.
2. Must provide 3D rendering of overall proposed design.
3. Must provide detailed 2D layout of each design element.
4. Installation may be started as soon as awarded vendor has the equipment THE WORK/PRODUCT
1. Design and install playground. See included rendering of example.
2. Playground structures are to be constructed of 5" round steel posts. Square or Poly Post, and 3.5" Diameter Post designs shall not be accepted.
3. All steel structures to be powder coated with average thickness of 11mils.
4. All hardware is to be stainless steel, zinc coated or galvanized to provide rust and corrosion resistance.
5. All principal connections are to be tamper resistant.
6. Colors shall be selected when awarded vendor provides color charts.
7. Must install two drains under playground to eliminate standing water. Drain detail to be a 12" trench with 3.5" of drainage stone at the base, followed by a 4" corrugated pipe covered by a silt line. The rest of the drain to be topped with drainage stone to be flush with the grade. This shall be evaluated and figured into this proposal.
