Building components to be constructed include, but is not limited to, Concrete Pad, Covered Roof, LED lighting, Electrical & Conduit, Animal Waste Wash out trench, PVC washout system, PVC Misting System, Gated Kennel System, Chain Link Fence, Hose Bibs, Tie into current Septic System. Unified Government Of Cusseta Chattahoochee County invites and welcomes proposals for their Animal Shelter Extension project. Based on your previous work experience, your firm has been selected to receive this RFP and is invited to submit aproposal. Please take the time to carefully read and become familiar with the proposal requirements. award date december 1 2022 1. Construct an addition to our current animal shelter that will support outdoor kennels. Building components to be constructed include, but is not limited to, Concrete Pad, Covered Roof, LED lighting, Electrical & Conduit, Animal Waste Wash out trench, PVC washout system, PVC Misting System, Gated Kennel System, Chain Link Fence, Hose Bibs, Tie into current Septic System. 2. Acceptable items shall be: a. Pre-Fabricated Aluminum roofing structure / or approved alternate material b. LED Strip Lighting c. Concrete Foundation/ Fiber Mesh d. Standard Electrical Conduit Metal or PVC e. PVC schedule 80 for misting system and washout f. Galvanized Chain Link Fence 6ft H for Kennels g. Galvanized gate for Kennels h. Galvanized Chain Link Fence to cover top of the Kennels i. Lockable gate latch and hinge per Kennel j. Hose Bibs k. Gutter/downspout off new roof l. PVC sleeve in concrete for the kennel poles to sit in Deadline for Bidders to Submit Questions:: November 11, 2022 The design of this project was completed by the owner's in-house design professional
