Renovation of a municipal facility in Cerritos, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Cerritos is seeking a qualified contractor to provide programmable logic controller (PLC) equipment replacement for Dolphin Sculpture fountain at the Cerritos Civic Center, 18125 Bloomfield Avenue, Cerritos. The selected contractor shall work closely with the Management Information Services (MIS) Division, who will administer the contract to ensure that equipment is installed per industry standard requirements while maintaining quality, ensuring that schedules and deadlines are met, and pricing is competitive. The City's final selection criteria will be based on, but not limited to, the following analysis: Completeness of proposal. Contractor's demonstrated understanding of the scope of work. Feedback received from references listed on Reference Sheet. The total fee for the proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or portions thereof, or to waive any informality or irregularity in a proposal to the extent allowed by law.
