Renovation of a library in McDonough, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 16,460-square-foot library.

**As of December 13,2023 project was awarded to MacAllan but awarded amount is not available.** The project includes interior alterations to the existing 16,460 SF+/- of library space. Furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100 percent of Contract Sum. Form of bonds shall be AIA Document A312. The start date for Construction is December 1, 2023 with a Completion Date no later than June 1, 2024 Owner reserves the right to reject a Proposal based on Owner's and Architect's evaluation of submitted Proposals. Owner shall have the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any Proposal received.
