No definite date for the rebid.**  Project Scope: & tempmargin; Install a concrete paved path that alternates between 10 and 12ft wide with 2ft gravel shoulders approximately 1 - 600 LF from the intersection of SR270 and Bishop Blvd westward to Stadium Way. Install new landscaping and irrigation along path - and pedestrian lights along 400 LF of path. Construction start anticipated to be May of 2023. Contract time shall be 90 days from Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion. Proposal MUST BE based on this Contract Time. & tempmargin; Project is located along SR270 between the Bishop Blvd and Stadium Way Intersections. & tempmargin; Bid Estimate: $550,000-$600,000 & tempmargin; Alternate 1: Install 3" asphalt pavement in lieu of concrete pavement. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
