All solicitation and technical questions must be received no later than 18 November 2022 12:00 PM EST to allow for adequate time to answer all questions. SECTION C - DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS/STATEMENT OF WORK The contractor shall provide the necessary personnel, material, and equipment to perform the work as detailed in the SOW and associated Attachments found at Section J. SECTION E - INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE Inspection shall be performed in accordance with FAR 52.246-12 - Inspection of Construction (AUG 1996) and SOW Section D, Subparagraph O. SECTION F - DELIVERIES OR PERFORMANCE Performance shall be conducted in accordance with FAR 52.211-10 - Commencement, Prosecution, and Completion of Work (APR 1984). The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within thirty (30) calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than forty-five (45) calendar days after the contractor receives the order/award. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises. "Document type" means the type of payment request or receiving report available for creation in Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF). "Local processing office (LPO)" is the office responsible for payment certification when payment certification is done external to the entitlement system.
