Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Lead Hill, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The bid proposal and work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws ordinance and regulations. Bids must be firm for a period of ten (30) days after the scheduled time of opening. A one hundred percent (100%) Performance-Payment Bond issued by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Arkansas will be required within ten (10) working days after the successful bidder has been notified of the award of the contract to him/her. This project is funded by 2020 CARES Act or CRRSA Act or ESSER fund to include but not limited to Davis-Bacon Wages, Copeland Anti-Kickback Act, and Fair Labor Standards Act. Subcontractors will be required to utilize the Davis Beacon Wage Determination scale contained within the summary of work as well as weekly certified payroll forms provided to the Construction Manager, as required for the use of ESSER funds by the school district. L. E. Davis Construction, on behalf and in the best interest of the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formalities.
