Renovation of a mixed-use development in Nashville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a three-story above grade educational facility; and laboratory facility.
Convert the existing old greenhouse (Room 121) and Room109 into new science labs. Questions shall be received by Designer at least six calendar days before bid opening date. This project consists of the building package construction of a renovation to the first level of a 3-story building on the campus of Tennessee State University. The site for this development is located on John A Merritt Blvd in Nashville, Tennessee 37209 The following is intended as a brief general description of the highlights of the Contract Work for this project that is itemized in the Contract Documents: 1. Demolish existing interior finishes as required for new work. 2. Complete build out of all interior finishes, MPE systems and connection to all existing utilities 3. Install owner-provided equipment as noted in the equipment list. 4. Renovation of (2) rooms on level 1, totaling approximately 1500 SF. If the initial Contract Sum as awarded exceeds $100,000, the successful Bidder shall provide Contract Bond in an amount of 100 percent of Contract Sum and in accordance with the requirements and form exhibited
