Proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated cost are now on file in the office of the Dubuque Regional Airport. At said hearing, any interested person may appear and file objections thereto or to the cost of the improvements. General Nature of Public Improvement Project will include: Installation of a solar PV array and electrical infrastructure to serve the passenger terminal. The array is located south of the Terminal, south of the Terminal parking lots and south of the Terminal exit drive, on the grassy embankment that was created during construction of the Terminal Building. Solar PV System size is 300 kW DC ground-mounted array is planned with the possibility for a 200 kW-hr (nominal) battery and bidirectional inverter (300kW) storage. The array will be connected to the Terminal electrical service at the west end of the Terminal with the installation of a new electrical feeder. The bid guaranty may be by certified check or bid bond made payable to: Dubuque Regional Airport. Bids may be held by the Dubuque Regional Airport Commission for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening, for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract. The Dubuque Regional Airport Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or minor irregularities or to readvertise for bids. Award of contract is subject to all Federal Provisions as more fully defined in the bid documents.
