Pre-qualification of contractors on facility contracts is waived; however, the Uniform General Conditions included in each proposal document outlines specific requirements for contract award. This project estimate is greater than or equal to $100,000; therefore, the use of a HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) is required and must be submitted with proposal package. Award or rejection of this project will be made by the Texas Transportation Commission typically scheduled on the last Thursday of each month. The contract for this work will not be awarded to any contractor, firm or subcontractor currently debarred from bidding on Texas Department of Transportation projects. Usual rights reserved.
