The mandate includes electric motor systems with a power of 10 HP and more. Additional components may be added during the term of the contract. The contractor must be able to carry out tests on all the rotating machines covered by this project. This, in 53 schools of the Center de services scolaire de Montreal (CSSDM) and which will be spread over 4 regions. The needs are divided into four geographical sectors: - EAST sector; - WEST sector; - NORTH sector; - SOUTH sector; Each supplier has the right to bid for one or more sectors. A contract will be awarded for each sector to the lowest compliant bidder. The estimated quantities are only used to calculate the lowest compliant bid and in no way constitute a form of commitment on the part of the CSSDM.
