Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 12 By this notice, the Center de services scolaire de Montreal (CSSDM) invites tenders for the following call for tenders: Title: Technical services for vibration analysis and verification of alignment of electric motors of 53 CSSDM schools - 4 Sectors The purpose of this call for tenders is to retain the services of a general or specialized contractor to carry out, on request, various works of vibration analysis, mechanical inspection and alignment inspection on equipment rotating (motors, pumps, fans and water tower equipment). The mandate includes electric motor systems with a power of 10 HP and more. Additional components may be added during the term of the contract. The contractor must be able to carry out tests on all the rotating machines covered by this project. This, in 53 schools of the Center de services scolaire de Montreal (CSSDM) and which will be spread over 4 regions. The needs are divided into four geographical sectors: - EAST sector;
- WEST sector;
- NORTH sector;
- SOUTH sector; Each supplier has the right to bid for one or more sectors. A contract will be awarded for each sector to the lowest compliant bidder. The estimated quantities are only used to calculate the lowest compliant bid and in no way constitute a form of commitment on the part of the CSSDM. Consult the document ``Special specifications`` for detailed information. The CSSDM can delegate the role of "CSDM representative" to an external professional firm called "coordinating professional". A contract will be awarded per geographic sector to the service provider who submits the lowest price for each sector and whose bid is eligible and compliant. Mandate period: The contract will be valid for a period of one year from date of contract award. No renewal option. No details on the estimated value of the total or partial contract will be provided.
