SCOPE OF WORK DESCRIPTION: The scope of work for this Project shall include, but not be limited to: 1. Procurement and installation of Serpentine Baffles in Recarbonation Basins 1 & 2 according to Construction Drawings. 2. Installation of ladders in Recarbonation Basins 1 & 2. 3. Modifications to guardrails round Recarbonation Basins 1 & 2. 4. All other work as required by the Drawings and Specifications. COMPLETION TIME: The project shall be substantially complete on October 16, 2023. Final completion shall be November 15, 2023. Question Deadline: Tue Nov 29, 2022 5:00 PM (CST) BID SECURITY: A certified check or cashier's check payable to the City of Bloomington, or satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and a licensed surety company must also accompany the Bid in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid be accepted and the Bidder fail to enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond within ten (10) days after the award of the contract. Stat. 326B.701, unless exempt, any Person, as defined by Minn. Stat. 181.723, subd. 1(a), who performs public or private construction services must register with the Department of Labor and Industry (DLI).
