Project is in City of Pearland capital budget fy 2025-CIP ___________________________________________________________________ The project will encompass the installation of an underground stormwater conveyance system and replace the roadside ditches. This will connect to the stormwater system that was installed with the Walnut Road construction project to Mary's Creek via an underground conveyance system. The project will include mill and overlay of existing asphalt pavement, install approximately 3,000 feet of stormwater drainage pipe and convert the system from a roadside ditch to an underground system with shallow swales. The stormwater system will be sized to convey the flows per the Engineering Design Criteria Manual (EDCM) requirements and have the capacity for the future expansion of Veteran's Road to 4 lanes. This project is included in the city’s fy 2025-2028 Capital Improvement Program.
