The Scope of Work will include the following elements: LOCATION: This property is located at 203 W. Nueva St., San Antonio, TX 78207 Demolition: The demolition of (2) existing walls, (1) door, and an existing counter w/ a kitchen sink. The demolition of Wall A will include the removal of (1) duplex receptacle, (1) data drop, and the relocation of (1) thermostat. The demolition of Wall B will include the removal of (2) data drops and (1) duplex receptacle. The demolition of the counter & sink will require the safeguarding of the existing wall and finishes in order to allow for the construction of a new counter & sink. New Construction: The new construction scope of work will include the construction of (2) intersecting walls, (1) new door, and the construction of a new ADA Compliant counter w/ a kitchen sink. The finishes for the new walls will be comprised of 5/8 "gypsum board, 2"x4" metal studs, a level 4 drywall finish, and paint to match surrounding walls. The door will be a solid core wooden door w/ a vison lite panel. The new counter must be ADA compliant and include a single basin stainless steel sink and be located adjacant to a 48" X 32" Pony Wall. The scope shall also include the installation of new 2' x 2' carpet tiles in the entire work area as depicted in the new construction drawings (color and pattern to be determined after contract has been awarded).
