The City of Santa Clara ("City") is seeking to engage professional services from a qualified requesting for Statement of Qualifications ("SOQ") from qualified firms ("Proposer") to provide community outreach, program development, business plan and interior design services for a new indoor public Art Center. The successful Proposer shall have significant experience with architectural, engineering and interior design services for tenant improvements and expertise in the design of visual art classrooms/studios, multiuse art exhibit space, restrooms, office, reception, mechanical, and storage spaces comparable and scale to that of the City's project.
