Renovation of a medical facility in Kinston, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,042-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility.
Roof Replacement Within the Base Bid, the General Contractor removes approximately 8,042 square feet of roofing membranes from the Delta Building, one story. The building is a conventionally constructed, low slope roof type. Replacement materials are single membrane types. The General Contractor must be an experienced, qualified and competent roofing trade holding the appropriate license classification of S (Roofing) to perform this work. The General Contractor is also to engage properly licensed plumbing, mechanical and electrical trades to extend, remove and reinstall various types of roof mounted equipment affected by work. Within Add Alternate G-1, the General Contractor removes approximately 5,677 square feet of roofing membranes from the Omni Building, one story. The building is a conventionally constructed, low slope roof type. Replacement materials are single membrane types. Within Add Alternate G-2, the General Contractor provides low pressure cleaning for six buildings as illustrated on Sheet A-103.
