This work shall include backfilling the resulting trenches, holes and pits, any necessary traffic control and security of the property Remove fuel oil tank, propane tank, gas, diesel, or other fuel tanks and dispose of in accordance with applicable laws. Locate and cap sanitary sewer, water, gas, electric per specifications. Demolish structures and remove all rubble/debris from site. Remove all foundation walls to a minimum of 18" below grade. Break concrete floors (basement or poured slab crawl space floors) (if applicable) for proper drainage. Backfill area with suitable fill and grade.
