Bowling Green Municipal Utilities (BGMU) is seeking proposals from qualified engineering consultants (CONSULTANT) to provide professional design services associated with the rehab of various water treatment facility areas 2. Engineering Design Services for the High Service Pump Station No. 1 Rehab Project This Request for Proposal is to retain the services of a CONSULTANT to assist BGMU with the development of a technical memorandum, detailed design, procurement, bidding, construction administration services, and post construction services for each project area listed above. Any bid received at the designated location after the required time and date specified for receipt shall be considered late and non-responsive and will not be evaluated for award. Faxed or emailed responses will not be evaluated for award. Please mark bid envelope "BID-RFB# along with the project title" prior to the date and time listed above. The envelope should bear on the outside the name of the bidder and their address. Bowling Green Municipal Utilities reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or to accept the lowest bid or lowest evaluated bid. All bids shall be evaluated on the following criteria: Cost, Qualifications/Experience, Past Record with BGMU, References, Timeliness, Compliance with Bid Specifications, Quality of Materials, Financial Stability, and Compliance with Law.
