Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lanai City, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and library.
Contracted Time Period: December 1, 2022-April 15, 2023. The State Foundation on Culture and the Arts (SFCA) is soliciting proposals from qualified Vendors for the restoration or removal of two (2) sculptures, Torch to Lan'is Youth, by Bruce P. Fink and Lanai Ohana, by Kenneth Shutt, both located on the campus of the Lana'i Hiigh and Elementary School, and for the restoration of the wall mounted sculpture, Trees, Vines, Rocks, & Petroglyphs, by Satoru Abe at the Lania'i Public and School Library. The Vendor shall submit a single proposal which will includand restore or remove the sculptures at te recommendations whether to leave he school and include a Scope of Work for each recommendation, and Scope of Work for the restoration of the sculpture at the library.
