Project Name: County 19th St & Ave G, 13 County wide Roadway Segments, County 14th at Avenue 4E, and County 11th at Ave G. Project (TRACS) Number: T0362, T0376, T0377 & T0378 District: Southwest Route/MP: N/A Funding Source: HSIP & County Construction Funding FY: FY 2025 T0362: The proposed project is to install centerline rumble strips on Avenue G from County 19th St to County 11th St (~8 miles) and on County 19th St from Avenue G to Avenue 3E (~9 miles). Total project length is approximately 17 miles. T0376: The scope of the project consists of installation of upgraded six inch thermoplastic pavement markings on 13 roadways within the County. The project length is approximately 98 miles. T0377: The work proposed under this project consists of a new traffic signal and northbound and southbound left turn lanes on Avenue 4E. T0378: The work proposed under this project is the re-alignment of a 90-degree curve at County 11th Street and Avenue G, a westbound right turn lane and northbound left turn lane T0362: The scope of the project is the installation centerline rumble strips on Avenue G from County 19th St to County 11th St and on County 19th St from Avenue G to Avenue 3E. Rumble strips will be six inches wide and installed by grinding. Design should include all work necessary to provide all of the clearances, and roadway survey to show the correct installation of rumble strips. The scope of work also includes: Develop stage design submittals, reports and bid-ready documents; including the plans, specifications and estimates. Deliverables to include Stage III, Stage IV, and Stage V (PS&E). Revised: 10.06.2022 Conduct survey and develop plans from survey data. Utility coordination, no conflict letters, support to ADOT Utility Group in issuing the Utility Clearance. Environmental analysis and technical reports to support ADOT EP in providing the Categorical Exclusion Support to ADOT Right-of-Way section in issuing the Right-of-Way Clearance. Conduct management and administrative task including coordination, meetings, scheduling, comment resolution and responses, etc. T0376: The scope of the project consists of design, construction, and installation of upgraded six inch thermoplastic pavement markings on 13 roadways within the County. Conduct management and administrative task including coordination, meetings, scheduling, comment resolution and responses, etc. T0377: The work proposed under this project consists of design and construction of a new traffic signal and northbound and southbound left turn lanes on Avenue 4E. The project will include street lights, signs, vertical curbs, pavement widening, and pavement markings. The scope of work also includes: Develop stage design submittals, reports and bid-ready documents; including the plans, specifications and estimates. Deliverables to include scope of work, Stage II, Stage III, Stage IV, and Stage V (PS&E). Conduct survey and develop plans from survey data. Environmental analysis and technical reports to support ADOT EP in providing the Categorical Exclusion Right of way acquisition and the relocation of irrigation canals and electrical lines. Utility coordination, no conflict letters, support to ADOT Utility Group in issuing the Utility Clearance. Support to ADOT Right-of-Way section in issuing the Right-of-Way Clearance. Conduct management and administrative task including coordination, meetings, scheduling, comment resolution and responses, etc. T0378: The work proposed under this project is to design and construction for the re-alignment of a 90-degree curve at County 11th Street and Avenue G, a westbound right turn lane and northbound left turn lane, paving 5 foot shoulders, and the installation of signs and centerline rumble strips. The scope of work also includes: Develop stage design submittals, reports and bid-ready documents; including the plans, specifications and estimates. Deliverables to include scope of work, Stage II, Stage III, Stage IV, and Stage V (PS&E). Environmental analysis and technical reports to support ADOT EP in providing the Categorical Exclusion Right of way acquisition and the relocation of irrigation canals and electrical lines. Pavement removal, earthwork, new pavement, and pavement markings. Utility coordination, no conflict letters, support to ADOT Utility Group in issuing the Utility Clearance. Support to ADOT Right-of-Way section in issuing the Right-of-Way Clearance. Conduct management and administrative task including coordination, meetings, scheduling, comment resolution and responses, etc. Workfront should be used for all projects. Workfront is the standard scheduling and review program for submittals, and is to be used for reviews and comment resolution.
