This Agreement is entered into by and between the Employment Development Department, hereinafter referred to as the EDD, and TBD, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, for the purpose of providing Lobby Double Door and Door Threshold Replacement Services for the EDD facility located at 1190 Palmyrita Avenue, Riverside, CA 92507 1. As indicated in Attachment A-2, Floor Plan, replacement doors shall be of equivalent brand or quality as the existing, and shall be equal to or exceed the current door specifications and schedule. 2. The Contractor is responsible for acquiring and paying all permits, licenses, insurance, taxes, and inspection fees. 3. All work shall be performed in accordance with door/frame product manufacturers installation specifications Questions regarding certification should be directed to the Office of Small Business and DVBE Services at (916) 375-4940 The EDD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and may waive any immaterial deviation or defect in the bid. The EDDs waiver of any immaterial deviation or defect shall in no way modify the solicitation documents, or excuse the bidder from full compliance with the solicitation specification if awarded the contract. The EDD is not required to award an agreement.
