Renovation of a municipal facility in Celina, Ohio. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of 12/8/22 - both bids were rejected. The project will be rebid at a later date. The Mercer County Commissioners will receive sealed bids for the repair/replacement of the loading dock located at the Mercer County Central Service Building, Celina. The scope of work includes removal and replacement of a sloped, concrete slab, stairs, and snow-melt system Bids must be signed and submitted on the separate bidding forms included in the Bidding Documents and shall be accompanied by either a Bid Guaranty Bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid amount or by a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit on a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the amount of the Bid, subject to conditions provided in the Information to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond in the amount of 100% of the full contract amount in accordance with section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities, irregularities and/or errors in the bids to the extent permitted by law
