Renovation of an educational facility in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of 01/12/2023 This project was put on hold due to the project was not funded, will not bid this year and no new schedule yet. The Kenosha Unified School District (KUSD) invites qualified general contractors to bid on summer of 2023 Kindergarten Renovation Project at Southport Elementary School. Project scope of work includes, but is not limited to, demolition and removal of existing cabinets, toilet and storage rooms, associated mechanical, electrical and plumbing, wood frame floors, concrete floors, associated structural supports and all other elements required to provide new floors, finishes, toilet rooms, cabinets, mechanical, electrical and plumbing as indicated in the contract documents. This project is considered a "Turn-Key" project, which includes all of the necessary permits, fees and approvals included in the general contractor's bid. The Kenosha Unified School District (KUSD) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive any informality or technicality in any bid/proposal submitted, and to accept any part of a bid/proposal deemed to be in the best interest of KUSD. KUSD reserves the right to negotiate with any company after the bid opening has occurred. KEN 22-006
