You can also email the team The Project and Work for the Project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for construction of the project identified as Lead Water Service Replacement #2 Project ("the Project"), all in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Design Professional. The Project must be substantially complete by the Date for Substantial Completion set forth in Section Q below WORK 1. This Project includes 200 lead or galvanized water service lines to be replaced. The work will be located within the City of Newark Council Ward One as depicted on the attached map entitled Project Area Map - Ward 1.PDF. 2. A single contract will be issued by the Owner for constructing the Project, which will cover all scopes of work necessary to construct the Project. 3. The Contractor awarded each General Contract (General Contractor) will be responsible for the performance and coordination of any and all subcontractors and suppliers either directly or indirectly contracted with the General Contractor. 4. Owner will provide Bidders access to the Project site to conduct such examinations, investigations, explorations, tests, and studies as Bidder deems necessary for submission of a Bid. Bidder shall fill all holes, clean up, and restore the Site to its former condition upon completion of such explorations, investigations, tests, and studies. Bidder shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and Owner's policies relative to excavation and utility locates.
