As of January 27, 2023, project is cancelled. Project is no longer needed. Project Description: Improvements to the existing outdoor aquatic center. Including relocating existing 1 meter diving stand, adding a climbing wall, adding zero depth entry and toddler slide to the wading pool, add a new spray ground, adding new mechanical system for the spray ground, and adding pool heat systems for each of the (3) bodies of water. A pre-bid meeting is not scheduled nor required. Access to the site can be accommodated if requested and coordinated directly with the City Hall. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form and amount indicated in the Instructions to Bidders Refer to other bidding requirements described in Instructions to Bidders. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of time as indicated on the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers
