The Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Authority (Authority) owns and operates the Peace Bridge, an international land border crossing between Buffalo, New York and Fort Erie, Ontario at the Niagara River. The U.S. Plaza of the Peace Bridge consists of the following major facilities: two (2) inspection/administration buildings shared by government agencies, customs brokers, and the Authority; inspection booths and canopies; and and a Duty Free store. The Authority seeks a Consultant to perform engineering and design services for two identified mechanical/HVAC system projects at the U.S. Plaza of the Peace Bridge in Buffalo, NY. The identified projects are limited to the U.S. Warehouse VRF System Replacement Project and the Willson Building Chiller Replacement Project.
