Renovation of an educational facility in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
St. Lawrence College is seeking a contractor to provide all labor and material required to install a central fume extraction system for the Welding shop located at the Kingston Campus. Existing Conditions Please note the exterior civil work for the concrete pad will be installed by others as Phase 1 of this project, to avoid this portion of the work being completed when the ground is frozen. The exterior site work including asphalt demo and excavation, new asphalt, concrete pad and bollards is not part of this contract.
