Sealed bids are being requested by the Board of Regents of Washington State University, for the above referenced project. Project Scope: This project involves the removal of the existing 17,400lb chiller from the CIC, including capturing 500lb of R-22 refrigerant. Remove old chilled water piping to accommodate removal of the chiller and installation of new equipment. Remove pumps, piping, valves, and other associated equipment inside of the mechanical room to accommodate new equipment. Install new air-cooled high efficiency chiller and associated equipment on the existing pad outside and pipe the chilled water into the building, replacing the necessary pumps, valves, and other equipment. Remove and replace necessary electrical lines and equipment to support the new chiller. Substantial Completion shall be achieved by June 1, 2023. Proposals MUST BE based on this Contract Time.
