Demolition and site work for a residential development in Newton, Kansas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Will be substantially completed within 20 Calendar Days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run as provided in paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment within 30 Calendar Days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run. BIDDER accepts the provisions of the Agreement as to liquidated damages in the event of failure to complete the Work on time. The following are attached to and made a condition of this Bid: (a) Required Bid Security in the form of 5% of total agreed bid. (b) A tabulation of Subcontractors, suppliers and other persons and organizations required to be identified in this Bid. (c) Required BIDDER's Qualification Statement with supporting data. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
