Renovation of a municipal facility in Knoxville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

A. Successful vendor will supply replacement and installation of overhead roll-up door for the KUB Hoskins Campus Transportation building designated as door G3 B. Door consists of one Fast Seal, High Speed Rolling Door. Series FS 1000. Solid section no windows will be installed in the replacement door. C. Successful bidder will provide all materials and labor for the door replacement including all control and power wiring, and other incidental work to assure a complete and quality installation. D. Successful bidder will remove and properly dispose of existing door being replaced. E. Successful bidder will submit: 1. Shop Drawings for review and approval by Owner. Indicate pertinent dimensioning, anchorage methods, hardware locations, and installation details, including electrical. 2. Submit sample colors of door panels for selection by Owner. F. Please refer to attached Section 08 33 36 for specific information. The work shall be completed in strict accordance with the drawings and the Contract Documents. CONTRACTOR will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals as required to restore the Site to a condition equal to or better than the Site condition which existed prior to the initiation of the Work activities. B. Cut off for questions at 4:00PM, November 9, 2022 C. Issue addendum if required on or before 4:00PM on November 11, 2022 The outside of the sealed box / container / envelopes containing the response shall be clearly marked with the bid name, bid control number, bid due date and time.
