Description the Project Entails Removal of Four (4) Existing Roof Top Hvac Units and Installation of Four (4) New Hvac Units at the Sebastian County Courts Building. Bid Basis Each Bid Will Be Based on Single Lump Sum and Will Incorporate All Required Work. Pre-bid Conference a Pre-bid Conference Will Not Be Held at This Time. Bid Security Proposals Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bidder's Bond Made Payable to Sebastian County, Arkansas in the Amount of Not Less Than 5% of the Base Bid Proposal Submitted as a Guarantee That the Contractor Will Enter Into a Written Contract, and Will Furnish the Required Bonds, Should the Award Be Made to the Bidder. License All Bidders Must Conform to the Requirements of the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Contractors. Bid Validity No Bid May Be Withdrawn for a Period of Sixty (60) Days After the Actual Date of the Opening Thereof. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Formalities. Employment Attention of Bidders is Particularly Called to the Requirements as to Conditions of Employment to Be Observed. Bidders Are Advised That the Davis-bacon Federal Wage Rates for Sebastian County Apply to This Project.
