For Libby Elementary School - Rooftop Duct Insulation Project Questions Due Date: Nov 7th 2022 Construction Type: Various Trades Pool = O &M , General Contractors = Capital 1) Remove all remaining rooftop duct insulations. 2) Insulate rooftop supply and return duct with 3#-2" fiberglass board Ventureclad jacketing. 3) Aluminum banding on top of jacketing and twice the normal welded pins to help secure insulation 4) Contractor to secure necessary permits. 5) Contractor to field verify dimensions and specifics of all projects listed above before placing bid. 6) Not responsible for contractor errors as a result of non-field verification. 7) Materials and installation must comply with CPS Standards and Specifications as listed on a) SECTION 23 07 13 Duct Insulation 8) Secure job site overnight if work is not completed in one day. 9) If building or CPS properties are damaged during construction, contractor to replace and/or repair as necessary. 10) Provide necessary labor and materials to fix/correct issues preventing any or all of the projects to be marked as completed. 11) All work shall be coordinated with the Board authorized representatives to complete in an agreed upon time frame. 12) Contractor is to remove and dispose of materials torn out and any construction debris off site. 13) Clean the surrounding area and make sure all is swept of debris. 14) All questions/requests must be received two (2) business days prior to bid closing.
