Job No. C-96-004-23, US 67 & IL 100 (Beardstown Bridge) over the Illinois River, Phase III Services, Cass and Schuyler Counties, Region Four/District Six. This project may contain Federal Funds. This project requires 25% DBE participation, or if the contract goal is not met documented evidence of good faith efforts. The Complexity Factor for this project is 0. The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on February 23, 2023, at 10:00 AM, at the Region Four/District Six Office in Springfield. Phase III engineering services are required for the construction of the Beardstown Bridge over the Illinois River on US 67 / IL 100 in Cass and Schuyler Counties. Work involved includes the construction of a new bridge crossing the Illinois River on a new alignment. In addition to bridge construction, other work items involved include earthwork, HMA and concrete pavement, drainage structures, lighting and other miscellaneous items. The anticipated construction completion date is the December 1, 2026. The Consultant must complete and submit final measurements, calculations, and final contract records to the department no later than six (6) weeks after the completion of the project. The Prime firm must be prequalified in the Special Services (Construction Inspection) category to be considered for this project.
