City of claremont request for qualifications (rfq) engineering services for pump stations improvement/elimination project Claremont has received Letter of Intent to Fund from NC DEQ, Division of Water Infrastructure for a Pump Stations Improvements/Elimination Project of the city's 5 pump stations. The funding source for the project is American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) from the State Fiscal Recovery Fund. Claremont is seeking a single firm to provide professional engineering services through final certification of the project. Claremont reserves the right to accept a firm that is most advantageous to the City. Selection will be made based on evaluation factors of past performance, experience with the project type and funding requirements, professional personnel, experience and availability. Awards will be made to the responsible/qualified firm whose qualifications are most advantageous to the program.
